Ahh, summertime. Nothing says relaxation like salty hair, long walks on the beach and sand between your toes. As an early fourth of July celebration, my family did a little island hopping and headed over to The Big Island where we stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. It’s my favorite spot on the Kona side of the island because it’s a resort that feels secluded, yet has enough activities and restaurants that you never have to leave…and trust me you won’t want to. I’m sure I said this about my last stay there back in November (earlier posts here and here), but my favorite part is that they bring hourly treats over to you when you’re sitting by the pool.
My wardrobe lately has mostly consisted of crop tops, jean shorts and floppy hats — what a change from the New York City winters I was posting about just a couple months ago. And since this post was taking on a beach theme, I decided to throw in just a few of the photos I recently shot with my photographer friend Mark Ramelb. I’ll follow this post up with more of the photos we took next week. Until then you know where to find me…at the beach!
