One look at me and you probably wouldn’t know, but my grandfather was 100% Irish and was born and raised in County Clare before immigrating to America. He came from a huge family so I have lots of cousins and aunts and unlcles who still live in Ireland and I’ve visited a few times so far. If you’ve never visited Ireland before, I couldn’t recommend it enough and it’s one of the most beautiful places on earth (Google the Cliffs of Moher right now and I dare you to tell me I’m wrong). While I may not take part in drinking a pint of Guinness or chowing down on corned beef and cabbage, I always make sure to wear my green loud and proud every Saint Patrick’s Day and this year will be no different.
Believe me, finding a chic green dress was hard, but I’m so happy with the one I chose for the festivities this year and even though a blizzard is coming to town this week, I paired it with some over the knee boots so you can still stay warm. What are everyone’s plans to St. Patty’s Day? I’d love to hear!
