I feel like I should call this post “How to Dress for Fall When You Live Somewhere Without Seasons and it’s Hot 99% of the Time” but I didn’t really think that had a nice ring to it! Moving from NYC to Honolulu recently, I’ve had to make my peace with the fact that all my pretty boots will just have to live in the back of my closet until my next vacation, however that doesn’t mean I’m going to miss out on all the lovely things about Fall.
This dress is the perfect compromise if you live in a warm climate because it’s a gorgeous wine color with long sleeves and a high neck, but the fabric is light and breezy. Just add a pumpkin spice latte and your favorite black bag and you are ready for Fall! Oh and did I mention it’s on sale for just over $50? Definitely something to pick up while you can! You can even pair it with tights and boots if it’s a little colder where you are.
I’ll keep this one short and sweet since I’m off to do some in-store modeling at our local Hermes store here in town. Fingers crossed I don’t spend my entire paycheck on scarves! ‘Til next time…
