I know, I know! I haven’t posted in quite some time. Let me explain. Originally, I wanted this post to be a part of my Workwear Wednesday series but clearly it’s Friday…and I’m a little late. On Wednesday morning, I got rear ended in my brand new car and not only was it pretty startling, but it was a hit and run and now I’m dealing with the things no one wants to do like filing insurance claims, getting repair estimates, and figuring out how I’m going to get to work without a car for a few days. My mind has been overwhelmed with all of that, not to mention everything Miss Hawaii USA this weekend. Because of all of these unexpected events, I haven’t even had a chance to figure out what to wear!
To be sure, these are first world problems. But everything is relative and this stressful week has really made me want to implement some ways to manage stress into my everyday routine. I do yoga from time to time but would love to do more, plus I want to add in some daily meditation, hot tea before bed (this always relaxes me and I don’t know why I don’t do it more) and a daily morning walk. I would absolutely love to hear that ways you all manage stress and the things you do to help you kick back and relax!
